Ding believes that education is the foundation of opportunity and national development. He envisions a South Sudan where every child and young person has access to quality, inclusive, and affordable education, regardless of their background or circumstances.
He is committed to supporting education as a pathway to knowledge, skills, employment, innovation, and leadership. By investing in teachers, schools, vocational training, and opportunities for young people, South Sudan can equip the next generation to contribute meaningfully to the country’s future.
His vision is to see an educated and empowered generation with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to build a peaceful, united, and prosperous South Sudan.
Peace & Stability
I believe that lasting peace is the foundation upon which every other form of development must be built. My vision is for a South Sudan where communities can live together safely, resolve differences through dialogue, and look toward the future with confidence.
I believe peace requires more than the absence of conflict. It requires reconciliation, trust, justice, respect, and meaningful engagement between communities. I am committed to supporting efforts that encourage dialogue, peaceful coexistence, and cooperation among our people.
A peaceful South Sudan will allow families to invest in their futures, children to attend school, businesses to grow, and communities to participate fully in national development.
Youth Empowerment
I believe our young people are one of South Sudan’s greatest strengths. They have talent, creativity, energy, and ideas that can transform our communities and our country.
My vision is to create more opportunities for young people through education, employment, entrepreneurship, mentorship, technology, and skills development. I want to see young people not only benefiting from development but actively participating in creating solutions and shaping the future of our country.
With the right opportunities and support, our youth can become entrepreneurs, professionals, innovators, community leaders, and powerful agents of positive change.

I believe our diversity should be a source of strength rather than division. South Sudan is home to many communities, cultures, and backgrounds, and we must find common ground as one people and one nation.
